In 9 years, Siddharth has built a reputation as one of the world’s leading experts in self-confidence and cold-approach techniques. He worked daily to achieve a highly specific character and behavior-based road map to improvement. This all culminated in deep identity level change at the cellular level. Be it skill development or woman empowerment, his ideas has given a new hope to our organization.

Ranjeet Das - Chief Secretary
With over 20 years of experience in development of Uttarakhand and serving its people, Ranjeet Das is the essential part of our organization. He has worked with the Government in Bageshwar district, where he was leading the front with Indian Youth Congress and Indian National Congress. With his progressive ideas and sheer will he worked hard for the upliftment of the rural areas and promoting education in the isolated areas in the Uttarakhand hills.

He has worked on issues of rural and urban development and local self-governments in Almorah and Bageshwar district. He comes with a lot of grassroots experience.
Reyan Abbas - Project Manager
Over the last few years Reyan Abbas has made his name in people management and process development. He takes care of the financial and operations management in Haldwani center.

His Passion includes implementing Technology based solutions with a specific focus on improving the productivity, efficiency and day to day lives of people. He believes in using processes and technology together to bring transformation in delivering successful projects. A mindful approach to project management with priority to impact. People are his primary driving force.
